Personal hygiene products have been opened
LAPZUK. HK will contact you within 2 working days upon receipt of the application
LAPZUK. After HK agrees to send it back, please send the complete product within 3 working days and inform the LAPZUK.HK by the station letter (please attach the logistics unit and the shipping number together to avoid increasing the time of back-and-forth communication)
LAPZUK. HK will confirm the status of the goods and complete the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the goods
