Made-to-measure items
Personal hygiene products have been opened
LAPZUK-member will contact you within 2 working days upon receipt of the application
LAPZUK-member After HK agrees to send it back, please send the complete product within 3 working days and inform the LAPZUK-member by the station letter (please attach the logistics unit and the shipping number together to avoid increasing the time of back-and-forth communication)
LAPZUK-member will confirm the status of the goods and complete the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the goods
