Shipping methods and shipping costs
To use Hongkong Post’s EC-GET service, you can follow the steps below to enter your address and number.Please make sure your mobile number can receive text messages (SMS).
  1. Click here to enter the Hongkong Post pick-up location page and select the desired option under “Pickup Method”.
  2. After selecting the selection method and pick-up location, click “Send”;
  3. After submitting an option, the page will have the relevant number. Copy the relevant address and number.
  4. Please fill in the shipping address and required number in the address bar on the checkout page to proceed with the checkout arrangement and delivery to the designated pick-up location.
  5. After we post your mail, you will receive a text message (SMS) from Hongkong Post Office regarding the collection arrangements*

There is no GST in Hong Kong, so the prices of products on the website do not include tax.
The studio is currently not open, so please go to the Louder consignment store to purchase.
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR.
After shipping, we will send you a tracking number via email, and an inquiry link will be attached to the email for logistics information.

In the logistics sector, certain products are classified as Class 3 flammable liquids. Packages that contain such products must be packaged and labeled in accordance with dangerous goods safety regulations and can only be delivered to the relevant countries using specific delivery companies.

Order issues

What should I do if I am missing an item in my order?
We regret that the contents of the package we received did not match the order. Please contact us and provide the following information to expedite the process:
  • Order number (can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • Missing product name
  • You can clearly see all the product photos you have received
Our team will investigate and provide more information as soon as possible.
If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged item.

Cancel or modify the order

Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us. As long as the order has not yet entered the processing stage, we will process it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that LAPZUK HK reserves the right to charge the required shipping fee.

If you find that the product does not match the type and quantity you ordered, please contact us via Whatsapp at (852) 5586 9778 within three (3) working days to arrange a replacement product (only applicable to orders in Hong Kong), please include a photo of the returned product as a follow-up information when providing information, and once we accept the processing, please return the product within seven (7) working days from the date of acceptance.
Lapzuk.HK will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by the delivery personnel, and it is recommended to inspect the goods as soon as possible upon receipt, keep all packaging for delivery, and contact the company responsible for delivery immediately.
Under normal circumstances, all products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
The Company shall not be liable to the User or any third party for the failure to accurately provide the services you require due to force majeure (including acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government policy, strike, customs detention, computer virus, network failure, etc.) or any circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted in Hong Kong, the delivery/delivery service time may be delayed or changed, and when the signal or warning is cancelled, the Company will resume delivery arrangements as soon as possible after resuming office hours.
Suitable for wholesale/commercial cooperative customers. You represent and warrant that your wholesale/commercial partnership orders (with discounts) under this website are for your commercial use only and that the bid price on your shopping platform or any sales channel cannot be lower than the normal selling price on this website, and you acknowledge that:
(a) such discounted prices are provided solely in accordance with your representations and warranties above;
(b) your breach of such undertakings will cause us loss and damage (including but not limited to loss of business and profits, which you accept will be direct and foreseeable losses arising from your breach of such undertakings).
Accordingly, we may terminate this contract immediately; and at our request, you shall pay to us liquidated damages equal to and in the same manner equal to the difference between the price of the relevant goods paid by you under our contract and the price of such listings by us at the time. You acknowledge and agree that this liquidated damages are an estimate of the loss and damage we may suffer as a result of such breach.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Lapzuk.HK shall be final.
